Born, raised and educated all within a mile of the gym, James coached tennis for 5 years at Duffield Tennis Club then moving on to Woodlands Tennis Club. He has been involved sport from as early as he can remember, and having trained for 15 and worked in the industry for 5, he is now relishing the challenge of taking on the corporate gym world and helping people create healthier lifestyles for themselves.



Alex has over 3 years of personal training experience and is a level 3 qualified PT. His expert knowledge in strength and conditioning has a unique twist to include a focus on mind and body health. Aiming not to build the next hulk, but to create the best version of YOU possible. Alex is a strong believer in mobility and looking to future proof his clients against the natural ageing process, so technique and form are essential. 



Our flexible friend Bryony has over 8 years of experience teaching Pole Dance Fitness, Acrobatics, Stretch and Flexibility. Bryony has a background in Pole Dance Fitness and Stretch, running her own studio in London for 2 years. She specialises in safe Flexibility training, building upper body and core strength for Pole and Acrobatics. However, don't be fooled, this girl still knows how to deliver a gruelling morning circuit class! In addition, Bryony runs the poular Jnr Acro class at Pure FITNESS and will soon be introducing mindfulness and yoga for children. 



Mr Knockout! George has over 3 years of experience and is a level 3 qualified PT. A professional boxer, George trains HARD 6 days a week combining strength and conditioning and aerobic exercise into his sessions. George uses the physical demands of boxercise to deliver fantastic results for his clients and sweat drenched classes!
