NEW! Pure FITNESS Kids.  From aged 7, children can attend a variety of classes at Pure FITNESS. Each class helps to build general fitness and athleticism that can be transferred to a variety of sports, builds confidence and improves muscular coordination.

A slower paced class using light weights: focussing on technique to improve muscular condition and create definition.

A true sweat out... A mix of bodyweight and equipment based exercises to build speed, strength, power and agility.

A non contact boxing circuit class emulating training techniques used by the pros. Primarily aimed at fitness.
